David K. Frady was born and raised in Newberry, SC where he graduated from Newberry High School in 1988. David began a welding career that would last until 1994, when he met his wife to be Jennifer McKay. The decision was made, with Jennifer’s persistence, for David to attend Clemson University where in 1999 he graduated with a degree in Forest Resource Management. Upon graduation, their careers led them to Savannah, Ga where they would reside for 18 years. There, David would work as Manager for a facility associated with the Port of Savannah, where he gained tremendous experience in customer service, production management and work order negotiations. This experience, along with his “work hard and get-it-done” reputation, will be an asset to his clients.
In 2017 the decision was made to return to the Newberry area with his family. David would settle in Chapin with his wife Jennifer and his two daughters Kayla and McKenna. His interests are hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, as faith and family are his motivation.
